Shaun Lawson Appointed New Executive Head Chef at Allianz Stadium
Allianz Stadium has announced the appointment of Shaun Lawson as its new Executive Head Chef. With extensive culinary experience and a passion for excellence, Lawson is set to elevate the stadium's hospitality experience to new heights.
Stepping up from his previous role as Head Chef at the venue, Lawson will now oversee all culinary operations at Allianz Stadium, including match day hospitality, conferences, and events. This includes managing a team of up to 280 chefs across 38 kitchens, serving up to 14,000 hospitality covers.
A key focus for Lawson will be enhancing the stadium's fine dining experience through innovation, quality, and sustainable practices, including collaborations with Michelin Star guest chefs.
Lawson brings international training and experience in luxury hospitality, having developed his skills in both hotel and event catering environments. Since joining the stadium's culinary team in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its food service strategy and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
His appointment is a testament to years of dedication,
perseverance, and continuous professional growth. Lawson has worked
tirelessly to rise through the ranks, earning
respect for his leadership, creativity, and commitment to
excellence in every role he has held.
