It's better for everyone if you do not bring a bag at all. If you
do need to bring a bag, the following is permitted: A4 or smaller.
*All bags are searched so please give yourself enough time to
arrive and have this completed before entering.
Any items over the A4 size must be deposited at the Bag Drop facility at Webb Ellis House on Rugby Road. There is a £10 fee for this service.
We offer wheelchair-accessible entrances, accessible toilets throughout, and a Changing Places facility. A Sensory Room is available with limited capacity - please contact the Rugby World Cup ticketing team here in advance if needed. Hearing loops are available at the ticket office if required.
