How to Prepare: London Burrata with Wild Strawberries and Isle of Wight Tomatoes

Ingredients
London Burrata, sourced from La Latteria UK
Heirloom, golden and sundried tomatoes, and a tomato consommé,
sourced from
Isle of Wight Tomatoes
Wild strawberries, and a dehydrated wild strawberry and peppercorn
sprinkle, sourced from Hugh Lowe Farms
Micro basil, and basil oil, sourced from Nurtured in Norfolk
Balsamic pearls
Method
1. Place your burrata in the centre of a bowl
2. Surround the burrata with heirloom tomatoes
3. Accompany this with wild strawberries
4. Add your Isle of Wight sundried and golden tomatoes
5. Garnish the dish with balsamic pearls
6. Top the dish with micro basil
7. Fill the bowl with Isle of Wight tomato consommé
8. Sprinkle dehydrated wild strawberry and peppercorn
9. Drizzle basil oil across the dish
10. Enjoy!
