Supersized events

There are no restrictions on the days of the week you can host a Supersized event. Availability will depend on the stadium schedule and any fixtures taking place, but our team will be able to advise well in advance.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own catering partners. However, we also have an experienced on-site operations team who can provide a range of food and beverage solutions if you'd prefer a seamless, managed service.

As the West Car Park would form part of the event space, guest parking can be accommodated in the North Car Park. On busier event days, we may recommend using the nearby Rosebine Car Parks. We can either arrange this on your behalf for a small cost-recovery fee, or you can manage the additional parking yourself at no charge.

For live music events taking place outside normal operating hours, we appoint Vanguardia to monitor and manage noise levels. Specific guidance can be provided during the enquiry stage, based on the nature and timing of your event.

Capacity depends on the type of event and any additional activations planned within the space. As a guide, this area works particularly well for events ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 guests. Final capacities and licensing requirements will be confirmed once we understand your event plans.

Our stadium offers straightforward access for both load-in and load-out. Full operational details, access points and timings will be provided as part of your event planning process.

No. As part of our licensing requirements, all security personnel must be appointed through the stadium.

Yes. Once an event is confirmed and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed, we can provide CAD drawings of the space, including power and water locations.

Absolutely! We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers and partners and can either manage these services on your behalf or introduce you directly to the appropriate suppliers.
