Tom Booton announced for East Wing hospitality
Twickenham Stadium and England Rugby Hospitality has announced a new partnership with Tom Booton, Head Chef at The Grill at The Dorchester.
The Essex-born chef, has designed a new four course menu which will include a mushroom risotto amuse bouche with crispy sweetbread, and main course of beef fillet with Guinness mayonnaise and braised hotpot.
Booton's career began at Le Talbooth, Dedham when he was just 15 and began to rise through the ranks. Tom moved to London and worked for Michelin-starred chef, Alyn Williams at his self-titled restaurant within The Westbury hotel, followed by L'Autre Pied, Marylebone, under the tutelage of Andy Mcfadden. In 2016 Tom became Sous Chef for Ollie Dabbous at his highly acclaimed eponymous restaurant, Dabbous and in 2017, Tom moved back to Alyn Williams at The Westbury as head chef, where he was responsible for a young brigade of talented and enthusiastic chefs.
In 2019, after winning an Acorn Award, Tom joined The Dorchester
as head chef, which saw him join a fine list of culinary greats who
have had a profound impact on London's dining scene.
Booton, who has won multiple awards for his culinary excellence,
including the coveted AA three-rosettes at The Grill at The
Dorchester, will be running the East Wing restaurant for England v
New Zealand in the Autumn Nations Series this November and England
v France in the Guinness Six Nations 2023 in March 2023.
Guests dining in the East Wing will have the opportunity to meet
Tom personally throughout the day and will enjoy his exclusively
designed four-course menu along with a post-match Twickenham
tea.
The East Wing restaurant is one of four dining spaces in
Twickenham's East Stand, offering superior luxury in the style of a
sophisticated members club. Packages for the East Wing also include

the East middle tier, Q&As and access to past rugby legends and
