What are your hours of access?

Filming hours are based on a bespoke quote and pre-agreed with the stadium. We work closely with film crews on schedules and provide as much flexibility as possible.

Can we use our own security?

Whilst we welcome production security onsite, we must have stadium security present for all hires and they will be responsible for crew access and to oversee the filming throughout strike and live days. Our security team work collaboratively with production security during the hire period. Security fees are confirmed for contract purposes.

What paperwork is required?

For each production on site, we require relevant paperwork to include RAMS, public liability insurance, RFU code of conduct and working at height permits.

How do we arrange load in and out?

Unit base timings and access will be pre-agreed as part of the contract. Access to the stadium concourse is arranged during the coordination stage.

We understand film crews have catering facilities and units as part of their production base. We can permit this with the relevant signed food disclaimer. We can also provide catering with flexible menus and service times. We have experience in delivering a variety of menus and catering styles to suit all crew, cast and talent. Our teams will work with you to create a bespoke quote which meets your specific requirements.

If we are not filming on site, can we use your location for our unit base?

Yes, absolutely, we have multiple car parks to accommodate a variety of unit base requirements.

Can you offer a full CAD drawing of your spaces?

Yes, subject to a signed NDA and stadium approval, we will send you a CAD drawing of the required suites. Our website also offers full floor plans and 360 tours of our venue spaces.

Do you have a nearby hotel?

We have a 150-bedroom hotel onsite - The London Twickenham Hotel, a member of Radisson hotel individuals. All hotel guests have access to the Virgin Active Gym & Health Club on site, which also benefits from a swimming pool. We can support with sourcing group accommodation. Should you require internal access between the stadium and hotel, this is available via our Shakespeare Suite and can be arranged as part of the event contract

Allianz Stadium offers a versatile site with a multitude of high spec, glossy commercial filming spaces, concourse and service areas, vast car parking facilities, as well as a specialised gym, changing room, and boxes that could double as boardrooms, high end offices and large restaurant space. All of the film facilities at the stadium are available seven days a week, outside of match days and offer easy accessibility, ample parking and onsite security.

Unit Base and Parking

Allianz Stadium in Twickenham benefits from a number of car parks both onsite and just offsite at the Rosebine car park along the A316. Outside of major match days these car parks are often hired as unit bases for local film crews. To find out more please contact us below.

The stadium also benefits from easy load in and vehicle access to the concourse, making it that much easier to move heavy kit around.

Concrete Jungle

As an 82,000 seater stadium, the concourse areas are extensive, with lots of nooks and crannies to utilise for filming. The stadium features four concrete levels and plenty of public toilets and bars that could be utilised for filming outside of match days. To find out more and book a visit please get in touch.

Restaurants

As a major sporting stadium we have 34 event spaces, including some premium suites which are used on match days for hospitality. A number of these spaces are fully set restaurants which can easily be used for filming and won't disrupt in the same way filming in a fully operating restaurant would.
