Esports is a type of electronic sporting activity usually played on computers involving two or more players competing in video games for entertainment purposes. It is a fairly new phenomenon but is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world due to the rise in interest peaked from gamers on YouTube.
An esports bootcamp is used to grow the community, while teaching new skills and learning to train as a team. It's often targeted at younger players and takes you through both the physical and mental aspects required in esports.
When searching for an esports venue, have in mind the size of the space you require and how large the audience might be. It's likely you will want to live stream the tournament, so internet connectivity and IT support is going to be high on the agenda. You may also require 24/7 access for the players to train, as well as a players lounge area and nearby accommodation.
